Gwb Hotel New York

We recently stayed at a hotel in New York, and our experience was absolutely amazing. First of all, the location was perfect. We were just a short walk away from incredible karaoke bars and fantastic casinos. We had so much fun singing our hearts out and trying our luck at the slots. Additionally, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with fresh towels and sheets. The bathroom was spotless and well-maintained. The service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning with a wide variety of options. our stay was truly fantastic and we can't wait to come back for another exciting getaway.

It seemed like the floor needed some extra attention, as it felt a bit sticky.

The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the supervisor who resolved an issue with the initial room assignment. the hotel provided a comfortable and pleasant stay.

The hotel was exceptionally clean, and our room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect for exploring all that the city has to offer, and the breakfast was delicious and had plenty of options to suit our tastes.

During my Christmas stay, I really liked the fact that the hotel rooms were fairly new and updated. the modern decor and amenities made my stay feel comfortable and enjoyable. the hotel was conveniently located near key attractions and transportation links, making it easy for me to explore the city during the holiday season. Plus, the friendly and helpful staff added to the positive experience.

I noticed that the cleanliness of the bedding could have been improved.

Conveniently located and met our needs. Room could have been cleaner upon arrival, lacking wash clothes. Some outside noise and small TV.

The GWB Hotel had clean, updated rooms with helpful staff. There was a microwave and ice machine available on the hall.

Felt at home here, nothing was too much trouble.

I stayed at GWB Hotel for a weekend trip to the city. The location was perfect for my needs and the hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff provided excellent service and I was impressed with the amenities, such as the microwave and ice machine on one of the floors. While parking was a bit challenging, I appreciate that they offer the option for a fee. I had a great stay and would highly recommend GWB Hotel.

Despite some minor inconveniences during our stay, we enjoyed the comfortable bed and the great water pressure in the shower. Also appreciated the easy access to public transportation. we'd recommend this hotel.

Nothing not to like.

The hotel is well located near different restaurants and public transportation. However, this is the only advantage of this place. The bathroom was completely dirty, with mold and other stains. The sheets and the comforters were really filthy too. We had to ask for our room to be cleaned and for new towels.

The elevator was always broken.

My experience was marred by some issues. I found the cleanliness of the room to be lacking, as the towels and sheets were stained.
